Don't be frightened, it's for your own good.
What it mean is that when the outrain engine can give you personalized relevancy score that is good enough to show. It will display it instead of the raw rating average.

In our opinion, personalized score is by far better then raw average, especially if you want to decide whether to waist time on reading a post or moving on to the next one.

The secret behind getting personalized score is very simple:
"The more you rate, the more relevancy scores you get, the more time you save by filtering crap".
And let's face it, you invest 5 minutes in reading a post... spend 1 second in rating it.
It will save you many minutes of reading crap

The wording and design is not yet finalized so... ignore that. it will be cool finally.
